1. Agreement Parties

This binding agreement is established between:

Service Provider: Lyria2 AI (referred to as "Provider")

Service User: Annual subscription members of lyria2.com (referred to as "Member")

2. Definitions

3. License Scope

3.1 Annual subscription Members receive permanent, global rights to utilize all AI-generated audio created through our platform during their active membership period.

3.2 These rights include:

• Extensive reproduction and distribution authority
• Streaming and public performance permissions
• Rights to create derivative works
• Authorization for commercial applications
• Permission to sublicense

4. Member Responsibilities

4.1 Members agree to adhere to the platform's terms and usage policies.

4.2 Members commit not to use the AI-generated audio for illegal or harmful purposes.

5. Provider Guarantees

5.1 The Provider warrants possession of all necessary rights and authority to provide the services detailed in this agreement.

5.2 The Provider ensures that the AI-generated audio will not infringe upon existing third-party intellectual property rights.

5.3 The Provider confirms that, in accordance with the open-source licensing of underlying AI systems, it is authorized to grant Members commercial usage rights for all audio created on the platform.

5.4 The Provider offers no warranties regarding quality, merchantability, or fitness for specific purposes of the AI-generated audio.

6. Liability Limitations

6.1 The Provider shall not be liable for any direct or consequential damages arising from the Member's use of the AI-generated audio.

6.2 The Member assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with the use of the AI-generated audio.
